Aloe Vera for the absorption of toxins and radiation

According to a study done by NASA three years ago, aloe vera is a plant that effectively absorbs toxins and radiation.

NASA has described it as a “living room cleaner” because both its leaves and roots are able to absorb dirt that collects in the air from synthetic materials.

It is therefore advisable to place the plant near the television, refrigerator and other electrical devices. In this way we reduce the influence of their electromagnetic fields on our health.

Plants that you use as dirt traps should no longer be used for medicinal purposes.

It is best to plant the aloe vera in spring, when the sun is slowly getting stronger and it’s not so humid outside. Keep in mind that the plant will develop strong and deep roots quickly, which is why you should use a slightly deeper planter.

  • Sandy soil does not appeal to the plant because its mineral and nutrient content does not meet its needs. She likes peat and earth in combination with lots of sun.
  • After you’ve planted the aloe, give it at least ten days before you water it again. Always remember that it does n’t need much water.
  • If you have decided to use it as a houseplant, place it near the window. Outside, a sunny and sheltered place is ideal.
  • As a rule, the aloe plant is not affected by insects or other pests and it grows quite quickly.
  • A mature plant will soon give you the opportunity to grow offshoots. You can remove these from the mother plant and plant them in additional flower pots.
So you don’t have to be economical with the plant if you want to use it for medicinal purposes. And a group of aloe plants is even more effective at cleaning the air.
