Why a peeling?

This is the English expression for skin peeling, the goal is to get rid of dead skin cells. This results in more beautiful, smoother, and pure skin. This skin cleansing is ideal for spots, acne, black pores, scars or small wrinkles.

Various peelings are also carried out in the beauty salon: lasers or other techniques that attack the skin more strongly can be used for this.

But you can take advantage of fruits, vegetables, and other foods to get similar, sometimes even better results.

Before using a scrub, the face should be cleaned thoroughly. You can use neutral facial soap and lukewarm water to do this. Remove any makeup residue, then dry the face off.

It is also recommended that you perform the peeling when you no longer have to go out so that the sun’s rays do not damage the newly treated skin. After using the scrub, you can apply a moisturizer (homemade or purchased) to protect the skin.
