  • Use shampoos and conditioners for dull hair.
  • Always finish shampooing with cold water to close the follicles and smooth the surface of the hair.

  • Eat better, as you may be deficient in vitamin B6 or iron. Don’t forget to consume foods high in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B regularly (nuts, almonds, dairy products, brewer’s yeast, cereals). Zinc is also important (egg yolks, seafood, and lentils).

    Honey and egg mask

    • Mix a tablespoon of honey with an egg yolk until you get a cream. Apply this to your hair and massage your scalp using circular motions. Now cover your head with a warm towel and let the mask work for at least 10 minutes.
    • Then rinse your hair well and wash it as usual.
    • After using a special shampoo for dull hair, a conditioner made from the juice of a lemon and a tablespoon of vinegar is recommended.
    • This will give your hair a nice shine. You can use the homemade conditioner either before or after the regular conditioner.

      Gaussied conditioner for more shine

      With this conditioner you can achieve shiny hair in just 15 minutes, the results are excellent.

      • You will need fresh rosemary and water for this. Bring water to a boil with sprigs of rosemary. After 15 minutes, allow to cool and then pour through a sieve to remove the solids.
      • Use the infusion as a hair conditioner after using the shampoo as usual. Do not rinse!

      Carrot, egg and avocado mask

      • You will need a carrot, half an avocado and an egg yolk for this homemade mask against dull hair.
      • Put the peeled carrot in your food processor and chop it up until it becomes a paste. If you don’t have a food processor, you can grate the carrot. Add the egg yolks and the peeled and pitted avocado. Mix everything well until you have a viscous paste that can be easily applied to the hair.
      • You can add a little olive oil as needed.
      • Apply the mask to your scalp, then leave it on for 20 minutes. Then rinse your hair with plenty of lukewarm water and then wash it as usual.

      Lotion for shiny, silky hair

      • For this recipe you will need 2 bananas, 2 oranges, and 5 tablespoons of honey.
      • Peel the bananas, mash them, and extract the juice from the oranges. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous paste.
      • Apply the mask to your scalp and hair, especially the tips, as these are most often dried out and dull.
      • Massage the mask in well with your fingertips and then leave it on for 2 hours. To do this, cover your hair with a plastic hood or a towel. You can watch a movie in the meantime. Then rinse the mask well and wash your hair as usual.
