You should never forget to take good care of your skin, because this is the only way to keep it healthy and beautiful. Therefore, a natural facial cleansing is very important.

You should make them part of your daily routine. Because the fine and sensitive skin on the face needs regular care.

We don’t need to go to a beauty salon or use expensive chemical products to cleanse our facial skin. We can do an excellent natural facial  cleanse at home too .

Here we suggest the following steps to carry out a simple, efficient and natural facial cleansing.

Open the pores

First, clean the skin on your face with lukewarm water and a little soap. In this way, you can rid your face of all dirt and impurities on the surface of the skin.

You open the pores and prepare the skin for a face mask. This step is very important so that the skin can properly absorb the products that you plan to use.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then take it off the stove and add various herbs, such as lavender, chamomile, or green tea.

You can use it to do a facial steam bath. You hold your face over the steam, then cover your head with a towel so that the steam reaches your entire face. Between 2 and 5 minutes should be enough for the pores to open.

Peeling for a natural facial cleansing

In this phase you eliminate the dead cells of the skin and accelerate cell renewal. Exfoliating will also help you heal scars and it will have a positive effect on blood flow to the skin.

You should always exfoliate after a thorough natural facial cleansing when the pores are open. You should therefore not skip any step. You can do this peeling or exfoliation with the following homemade recipes.

Almonds

Peeling with almond flour

To do this, mix the following ingredients and then store the peeling in a glass container. The best way to do this is to use the scrub once a week. For this you need:

  • ½ cup of sea salt
  • ½ spoon of almond flour
  • half a cup of coffee beans
  • ½ cup of brown, coarse grain sugar
  • ½ cup of sweet almond oil

Peeling with coconut oil and cocoa

The oil is mixed with the sugar and then all the other ingredients are added. Mix until you get an even mixture. At the end, add the cocoa powder and then store the peeling in a glass container.

  • ½ cup of liquid coconut oil
  • 3 spoons of powdered cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • ½ spoon of pure cocoa powder
  • 1 spoon of vanilla extract

Peeling with lemon and almonds

This mixture should not come into contact with other liquids. It is best to prepare this scrub before use and stir it with your fingers. For this you need:

  • ½ spoon of grated lemon peel
  • half a cup of sea salt
  • ½ cup of sweet almond oil

The peeling is spread over the face withgentle massage. You can apply slight pressure, preferably with a cotton pad. This way, you can clear the face of all the dirt and dead cells.

Let the scrub sit on your face for about 20 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. After the peeling, you can remove pimples and black spots because the skin is now well prepared.

Face mask for a natural facial cleansing

Face masks

After you have cleaned the skin well and freed it of impurities, you can now use a natural face mask, depending on your wishes and needs.

There are masks that moisturize dry skin, for example, that make spots disappear, close pores or soften scars.

Leave the mask on the skin until it dries, usually it takes about 20 minutes to exfoliate.

Then wash off the mask with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry. Below we present some natural face masks that are easy to make and work efficiently.

Anti-wrinkle mask

To do this, mix half a cup of the pulp of the cucumber without seeds and a raw egg in a container. Then apply the mask all over the face and leave it on for at least half an hour.

Mask for a balanced pH

To do this, you will need a packet of gelatin along with a cup of the tomato pulp. Heat the gelatin and add the tomato until you get a compact mass.

When the mass has cooled, apply it to your face and leave it on for at least 20 minutes, as this will bring the tomato back into balance and the gelatin will strengthen your skin.

Moisturizing mask

Make a puree out of half an avocado. Then stir 2 eggs until frothy and mix everything with two spoons of honey. A fine paste is created that we apply to the face.

The avocado not only moisturizes you, but also helps with scars and hyperpigmentation. Leave the mask on for at least thirty minutes.

As you can see  , these homemade masks are quick to make and they are 100% natural with no additives whatsoever.

They will leave your face soft and beautiful. Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water and then pat the face dry.

The pores close

When you have finished cleaning, the pores should be closed again so that no impurities arise. This can be achieved by putting ice water on the face.

If the mask contains tomatoes or cucumber, these ingredients will also do the job of closing the pores again.

Other products that can help close your pores include green tea, mint, or cider.  This is best applied to the face with a cloth. Then let it dry. Finally, rinse the face with cold water.

Skin care

After cleansing, you should moisturize the skin. This is why it is best that you use  a moisturizing cream that is suitable for your skin type.

In this way you can prevent stretching, dryness and premature aging of the skin. You should use this cream daily to keep the skin soft and smooth.

You can also prepare a moisturizing anti-wrinkle cream at home. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to three months, but it is advisable not to keep it for too long in order to benefit from all the active ingredients.

You need the following ingredients for this:

  • 25 g cucumber puree
  • 25 g of distilled water
  • twenty-five grams of jojoba oil
  • 25 g grape seed oil
  • 25 g rose essential oil

Mix all of the ingredients in a large container until the oil is well mixed with the water and other products. The best way to keep the mixture is in a glass container. Use the cream every day!

The cream is particularly recommended after a bath or shower, as the skin is then clean and the pores are widened. In this way, active ingredients can penetrate particularly well.

Don’t hesitate and try this natural face cleanse!
