  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 3 teaspoons of salt (15 g)
  • 2 pork ribs (2 kg)
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces (225 g)
  • 5 spoons of soy sauce (75 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger powder (10 g)
  • 1 red onion chopped into small pieces (100 g)
  • 4 spoons of cane sugar (60 g)

  • First you should wash the ribs well, separate them and put them in a saucepan.
  • Then add the red onion, the ginger powder and the salt.
  • When you have marinated the ribs, you can pour in the water and heat the contents of the pan over a low flame.
  • When the water boils, add the cane sugar. You can also use a little more sugar if you like it a little sweeter.
  • Then drain off the excess water to make your recipe easier to caramelize and add the pineapple pieces and soy sauce.
  • Stir continuously until the ribs caramelize and the mixture thickens. Serve with a side dish of your choice.

  • Juice of one lemon (5 ml)
  • 3 pork ribs (3 kg)
  • 4 teaspoons of salt (20 g)
  • 1 garlic, minced (15 g)
  • 3 teaspoons of oregano (15 g)
  • 5 spoons of olive oil (75 ml)
  • 3 spoons of banana jam (45 ml)

  • The first thing you need to do with this recipe is to make sure there is no fat or skin on the ribs.
  • Then marinate with a mixture of garlic, orgeno and olive oil.
  • Then salt the ribs.
  • Grill over medium heat. Line the ribs with the bone facing up.
  • When they turn golden brown, turn them over and fry on the other side.
  • Then remove from the grill and let cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Then mix the banana jam with the lemon juice and apply the mixture on both sides of the ribs.
  • Place on the grill again so that the ribs caramelize. This will take about another 5 minutes.

  • 1 pork rib (1 kg)
  • 1 spoonful of salt (15 g)
  • 6 spoons of honey (90 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (3 g)
  • 1/2 spoon of garlic powder (7 g)
  • 3 spoons of cane sugar (45 g)

preparation

  • First, separate the ribs from the chest.
  • Prepare a mixture of cane sugar, salt, garlic, pepper and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Then place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush with the previously prepared mixture.
  • Then cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake the ribs in the oven at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then mix the honey with the soy sauce in another bowl .
  • After the allotted time, take the ribs out of the oven and pour the honey and soy sauce over the ribs.
  • Put back in the oven without aluminum foil and bake at 225ºC for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the ribs over and brush this side with the honey-soy sauce as well. Then put back in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Then take the ribs out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes and serve.
