    • 1 turnip (40 g)
    • 1 clove
    • 3 apples (60 g)
    • 2 oranges (50 g)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 medium head of lettuce (40 g)
    • 50 grams of brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup dried fruit (100 g)
    • 3 teaspoons of olive oil (30 ml)
    • 3 bulbs of beetroot (80 g)
    • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 ml)

    1. Boil the unpeeled tubers together with the sugar and the clove in water for about 40 minutes. When the beets are cooked, remove them from the water and peel them. Cut into 1 centimeter cubes. Save the water.
    2. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and wash it well. Then spin carefully.
    3. Peel the oranges and remove the stones. Divide into individual segments and cut them in half.
    4. Cut the turnip into pieces about 1 centimeter in size.
    5. Peel the apples and cut into pieces. The apple pieces must be used as soon as possible, otherwise they will turn brown.
    6. Mix a dressing from olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    7. Mix all ingredients and pour the dressing over it with a few spoons of cooking water.
