  • 1 medium onion (70 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 medium tomatoes (120 g)
  • 200 g white rice
  • 1/2 sprig of basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 120 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese (190 g)

preparation

  • First remove the seeds from the tomato, then peel and dice the tomato.
  • Fry the onion rings in the butter until golden brown and then add the white rice.
  • Then add the vegetable stock and the chopped basil. Let everything simmer for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Once the rice is cooked, add the tomato and grated cheese.
  • Let it simmer over a low heat and add more stock if necessary.

  • 350 ml fish stock

  • 300 g white rice
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweet pepper (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (25 g)

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the rice.
  • Then fry the shrimp and lobsters for 40 seconds and turn the heat down.
  • Next, sauté the chicken, squid, and clams. Always remember to stir. Be very careful with the squid.
  • Keep stirring the ingredients for three or four minutes until cooked.
  • Then add the vegetables and tomatoes and fry them briefly.
  • Add the garlic powder and pepper, mix everything well, then pour the fish stock over all the ingredients.
  • Let the rice cook for 20 minutes.
  • Then you can let the dish cool down briefly and serve.

  • Ceylon cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (150 g)

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it, stirring constantly.
  • If you like, you can add a little lemon peel to enhance the flavor.
  • As soon as the milk boils, add the rice and keep stirring so that the rice pudding doesn’t burn or stick.
  • Then reduce the heat a little and let everything simmer for about 7 minutes.
